1.3. "Software": Refers to the anti-cheat software named "Fiveyes" available at fiveyes.net.
1.4. "FIVEM": A modification of the video game Grand Theft Auto V, which allows for the creation and play on customized multiplayer servers.
1.5. "Monitoring": The activity of the Software aimed at detecting, analyzing, and recording processes initiated on the Licensee's system.
2.1. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this License.
2.2. If the Licensee does not accept the terms of this License, they are not authorized to download, install, or use the Software.
3.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3.2. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensee does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Software, except for the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this License.
4.1. The Software is designed to monitor processes initiated by the Licensee before, during, and after the use of FIVEM, in order to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent behavior during the gaming session.
4.2. The Licensee expressly authorizes the Software to collect and analyze data related to system processes and computer activities where it is installed, including but not limited to processes, log files, and other related activities.
4.3. Data collected by the Software may be sent to the Licensor for further analysis and to improve the effectiveness of the Software.

9.1. This License will remain in effect until terminated.
9.2. The Licensee may terminate this License at any time by uninstalling the Software.
9.3. The Licensor may terminate this License immediately in the event of any breach by the Licensee of any of the terms of this License.
10.1. This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian State.
10.2. Any disputes arising from this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Castrovillari, Italy.
